Ole Hickory Pits is a manufacturer of commercial and residential BBQ smokers. Their founder is a member of the BBQ Hall of Fame and they’ve built a reputation for themselves over the past 50 years, helping commercial facilities and competition teams BBQ at their best! So, when they brought us on board to kick off their marketing efforts, we knew we needed to push their web, social and digital ad presence to the same level of quality that they’re known for.

We dove deep into barbecue culture to determine the best content strategy and social guidelines to connect Ole Hickory Pits with their audience and continue to expand their stellar relationships in the BBQ community. It doesn’t hurt that our developer, Tim, (our very own instagram-famous BBQer) on staff to mine for audience insights.
A New Site
Design + Web Development
Their previous website left a lot to be desired, so we planned and executed a new website with full e-commerce integration with their inventory management system. We showcased their products in an engaging way, and built a support portal for customers to find the maintenance, upgrade, and parts information they need.
